Eating Disorder Specific Resources
Body Reborn
Intersectional healing for BIPOC mental health. They offer the Healing Collaborative, a free 8-week support program for people of color.

NEDIC | BIPOC: Guides to eating disorders in the Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour communities by and for community members and carers developed by NEDIC.
Sage and Spoon
A free monthly online eating disorders support group for Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC). Folks of all gender identities older than 18 are welcome.
Sanctuary in the City
The Eating Disorder Support Group for Black Folks is a peer-led virtual healing space centering and led by Black people re-imagining their relationship to food and body image.
General Resources
Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective (BEAM)
Organization dedicated to building care systems for Black communities through education, training, and advocacy. They have a page of recommendations for Peer Support Groups.
Black Healing Fund
The Black Healing Fund is a volunteer-run grassroots initiative that exists to provide low-income Black folks in the Tio'tia:ke / Montreal area with recurring discretionary funding and resources that contribute to mental health and wellness.

The National Queer and Trans Therapists of Color Network
Directory of affirming and BIPOC providers, only includes resources for Ontario and British Columbia in Canada.
Resources Specific to Indigenous Communities
Hope For Wellness:
Helpline service operated by an Indigenous Company (Donna`Cona) available 24/7 to any Indigenous person across Canada (services available in English, French 24/7 and in,Cree, Ojibway (Anishinaabemowin); Inuktitut depending on availability).
Support Network for Indigenous Women of Colour:
Organization that confronts barriers that limit access to healthcare and full reproductive choice for BIPOC women, two-spirit, transgender, and non binary folks. They offer peer support and counselling services alongside other services.
Talk4Healing
Talk4Healing offers 24/7 help, support and resources for Indigenous women, by Indigenous women, all across Ontario.
